The feasibility study for the ethane production in Bavaria was submitted.

The study assigned by the State Ministry of Agriculture and Forests of Bavaria has been completed by the partners of the project.

In the group “Bioethane” took part the Development Center ATZ, the University of Munich represented by the chairs of Energy and Environment; Energy Economy and Application Techniques; and the chair of Microbiology and Techniques of Biogeneous Materials; as well as ia GmbH.

The project about the feasibility for the bioethane production through bioconversion was delivered in July and the results of this project will be released soon by the State Ministry of Agriculture and Forests of Bavaria.
